State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission is setted up in accordance with reform of institutions under the State Council approved at the first meeting of the Tenth National People's Congress . According to principle of freeing government administrative function and enterprise ownership from enterprise management, the State Council authorized the state-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission on behalf of the state to fulfill investor’s its responsibility, and supervise and manage state-owned enterprises in accordance with the legal; guide and promote the reform and restructuring of state-owned enterprises; Assign and replace the highest corporate management personnel, award and punish them under the supervision of the Central Government ; and at the same time State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission conducting guidance and supervision on local state-owned asset management.

On the basis of the above responsibilities and in order to enable state-owned enterprises to compete successfully in global economy, Cadres Education and Training Center of SASAC chooses HEC for EMBA training of top executives of the enterprises.

Brief Introduction on Training Center

Training Center of SASAC (SASAC branch school of Party School of the Central Committee), an institution directly under SASAC, is mainly responsible for organizing and conducting the education and training of SASAC officials and offering similar service for company executives and leaders of departments and institutions under SASAC.

Target people: leaders and cadres of central enterprises and main leaders of subordinate enterprises, leaders of local enterprises under the supervision of SASAC, other medial and top managers, key personnel and senior technical personnel, senior leaders of departments, institutions and associations under SASAC.

Scope of training: Party School course, course on management knowledge and technical positions. Key classes: class of young officials of SASAC branch school of Party School of the Central Committee, class of senior leaders, class of leaders of key state-owned enterprises, class of chief accountants of state-owned enterprises, class related to key items of SASAC, class for central enterprises’ medial and senior executives’ overseas training, degree class of medial and senior executives of state-owned enterprises, distance educaiton, forum and workshop on enterprises management.
